Note: ConfettiEdits requires an internet connection for license validation only. Document processing happens entirely on your machine, and no document content is ever transmitted.

ConfettiEdits is available through a monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. You’ll be billed at the start of each billing period.

There’s no long-term commitment — subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to the software through the time you’ve already paid for, so the most you ever have at risk is one month.

Refunds aren’t guaranteed, but may be issued at our discretion. If something isn’t working for you, reach out through our contact page with your account reference number or purchase email address, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Open the subscription management portal and enter the email address you purchased with — you’ll receive a secure sign-in link. From the portal you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access through the time you’ve already paid for.

To change your number of licenses or move a license to a different computer, message us via our contact page with your account reference number or purchase email address.

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers.
